How and where can I get tested?

If you believe that you may need to be tested for COVID-19, the first step is to use the self-assessment tool. Then you should call your primary care provider (family physician) or call Telehealth Ontario (1-866-797-0000) for a referral to an Assessment Centre.

For easy accessibility, here is a detailed list of COVID-19 Assessment Centres in the Greater Toronto Area and here a website with all Ontario Assessment Centres. If you do not reside in this area, you may access information about your nearest Assessment Centre by visiting the website of your closest hospital.

If you are having difficulty breathing or experiencing other severe symptoms, call 911 immediately.
